Once I have paid the license fee what happens next?

A: The first thing that will happen is we will send your package to our team of designers to be “fulfilled”. In this process we will replace all the filler data with your personal information including name, picture, and contact information. You will also, depending on your package, have the option to change out photos, text or other pieces to further customize your look.

How long does the “fulfillment” process take?

A: Each template is different, some require a lot of customizing including long bios or other personal information others do not. Although every fulfillment process is different, as a rule once we have ALL of your information it takes about 2 weeks to get everything input and formatted to your needs.

What Can I change on an ADvantage branding package?

A: As a rule, you can change the fonts, the colors, or other basic reformatting during the Fulfillment process. Based on the package you choose you may be able to change pictures, backgrounds or other elements. If you see things you are planning on changing please ask you sales representative prior to purchasing the ADvantage branding system.

Do I have to provide you all the information every time I need something?

A: No. This system is designed to reduce your work load, while at the same time increase the effectiveness of your dollars. Every agent puts their information on the MLS. We access this information and use it to populate the pieces.

What if I do not want the MLS data in the pieces?

A: It is important for ADvantage clients to realize that the value of this system is not limited to the ability to have superior marketing materials. One of the major benefits of our system is the reduction of time spent doing tasks that ultimately do not directly affect your ability to sell homes. Most people just change the way they write the data on the MLS and find that the time savings far outweigh the idea of customized verbiage.

What if I want to change the look down the road?

A: Change is good if it is part of a plan. Consistent "tweaking" or modifying of a look can result in frustration, unwanted expense, and ineffectiveness. The one incontrovertible key to marketing is consistency. It is the foundation that this system is built on, it is what makes the phone ring and what puts you in the front of the minds of potential clients. It has been proven to work over and over. Even bad marketing when used consistently is more effective than the best marketing used inconsistently. Imagine how effective good, consistent marketing will be for you.

What is your turn around time for new flyers, post cards and other printed materials?

A: From the time that we have all the information we need the turnaround time is 3 business days. For scheduled events such as farming or database contacts we will have them ready for you on the specified day (or the next business day if it falls on a holiday or weekend).

A: At any time you would like to stop using our services, or you believe that we are not positively impacting your ability to succeed in the real estate industry simply tell us and we will cancel your implementation plan and release you from your contract with no further obligations.

A: You can choose a look by viewing our website and clicking on the Advantage Tab. It will ask you for your zip code so you are viewing only packages that are available in your area. You can then choose a look or find information on how to be put on a list to receive new looks or learn about the Unique Brand Creation of UBC program.

Will (insert company name here (Windermere, re-max, Coldwell Banker, ect.)) allow me to do this.?

A: Yes, most companies allow you to build your own branding campaigns as long as you conform to local, regional and national laws as well as corporate guidelines. One of the steps in the creation process is to get the signoff from your broker that you have met all of those guidelines and so they have an opportunity to discuss any changes they may want in order to meet company policies. We have yet to have a company refuse to let an agent use Advantage products or services.
